What can come back
Anything unopened within 14 days of delivery, anything wrong in the box, or anything that arrived damaged. Used cosmetics cannot be re-sold, so they are replaced or refunded case-by-case.
How to start
Open the order in your account and choose Return or replace inside your 14-day window. Tell us why and pick the items; refunds go back to your original payment method.
Damaged parcels
Photograph what you received and reply to your confirmation email. Wrong or damaged boxes are collected at our cost.
Refunds
Paid timelines are 3–5 working days with Paystack once the return is received. Cash-on-delivery refunds are sorted with the accounts desk.
